Below is a sample of our summer dinner menu


DINNER ENTREES
Dinner entrees are served with a choice of vegetable and one of the following items. A fresh baked potato, fluffy rice, herbed pasta, golden fries, onion rings, fresh sliced tomato, or a seasonal fruit compote.

Oregon Coast Fresh Catch
A variety of fresh fish seasoned with herbs and prepared either char broiled or poached. Served with your choice of side dishes and a fresh lemon wedge and cocktail or tarter sauces.

Char Broiled Citrus Chicken
Marinated boneless chicken breast placed on a bed of steamed rice with a light mandarin orange glaze and garnished with mandarin orange slices. Served with steamed vegetables.

Heart smart Dinner Plate
Choose a charbroiled 100% beef patty, boneless chicken breast or fresh catch, served with steamed vegetables, cottage cheese, fruit compote or a green salad.

From The Chef’s Broiler
A marinated NY strip steak, charbroiled to order. Garnished with golden onion rings. Served with your choice of side dishes.

Italian Style Lasagna
Lasagna pasta sheets layered with ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheese and a hearty Italian meat sauce. Served with steamed vegetables and golden garlic toast.

Southwest Taco Salad
Mildly seasoned ground beef with a “Southwest flavor” topped with crunchy tortilla chips, green salad, roma tomatoes, ripe olives, shredded cheese, mild salsa, sour cream and guacamole. “Ole”

“Weekly Featured Entrees”

Charbroiled Boneless Pork Chop
Served with tangy sauerkraut, fluffy whipped potatoes and a savory gravy. Accompanied by fresh steamed vegetables and applesauce.

Lemon Herb Chicken Breast
A sautéed marinated boneless chicken breast seasoned with a light dusting of herbs and lemon. Served with your choice of side dishes.
